Actually I have, when im inside my wife I can't feel anything since my implant. Now its been about 3 months since any sex. I believe it is fairly easy to hook up with another man, especially if you don't set your standards too high. (Mostly joking there)

I will caution you that bringing a third person into a relationship can be fraught with danger. Even if the presence of the third is completely unknown to your primary partner, it changes the dynamics of your relationship; because YOU know..

I will also mention that life partners (especially sexual partners) tend to be accepting of their partner's foibles and fantasies. Have you considered talking to your wife about what she enjoys about fellating you? I have spoken to my girlfriend about that. I've been married for many years and have been dealing with this ED problem for the last 5 or so.
