2 months post op and I can definitely tell you my implant works. Middle of the Le Demence gay cruise,

Sensation is mostly back but it does take a lot of work to have an orgasm. I was struggling with that before so I don't think the implant has made a difference in terms of delaying orgasm. Just my own body.

Sensation is the same. Took 15 mins before implant and 15+ minutes after. Similar but a lot is the state of mind, the situation, etc.

I'm very happy to hear this, because I am getting my implant on 9/6/23 and leaving on an Atlantis cruise featuring the infamous "dick deck" in late October. I am hoping for a fast recovery!

As of this morning I am rescheduled for surgery on 11/29/23. I am fed up with Trimix and am going to try to just be a bottom this weekend, at least to see what it’s like. I usually flip, but have always had trouble getting guys to top me—they just want to roll over. This weekend is a required nudity pool party with 150 men. I’ll use it as a trial of going without Trimix in advance of our Atlantis cruise that is coming up soon.
