Do you Tell? Do they Ask?

For guys with an implant in the dating market or various scenes--do guys ask about the implant? Do you volunteer the information? I've found discussions among straight guys on FT, but less among gays.
EDIT: how is the reaction to it?
My particular concern is the pump and squeaking. The first doctor I've seen recommended the Titan with the original pump because he believes I need the cylinder width and the old style pump is much more durable.

About to get a CX here, and curious about the same thing.
I'm single, and not really dating, but hooking up. In that case, most guys probably won't care as long as it's hard. (And I'm looking forward to finally being able to top.) But there are some bitter, nasty queens out there.
If I were to start dating, I would probably not want to continue seeing anyone who had a problem with the implant. Fuck 'em (so to speak.)
I posted the question of "would it bother you?" to some gay Reddit subs, and with the exception of one trans man, everyone was like, "Who cares? I'd be down." That made me feel better.

Straight or gay I don't think many would care if your dick was getting the job done ... once they see how long you last and can guarantee lasting long enough to finish the job at hand I'd bet they would be fine with it. And if not then not the right hook up / partner for you simple as that ..

I had some hookups this weekend, and really only one of them probably would have even noticed.

I found myself wondering 1. at what point would I have started inflating and 2. how would I approach it? I suppose it would depend on the situation. Still feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety.

I’ve had a similar experience although with using injections, not having an implant.
When hooking up, I excuse myself to the bathroom before things are going to get sexual (for a hookup this is usually immediately). I take the shot and then come out and get started.
No one has ever noticed or asked. My husband knows I use injections but is squeamish about needles so I take my shot out of his sight and we don’t discuss it at the time. One other great buddy knows. He used to use shots as well but is implanted now.
If I had an implant I wouldn’t bother telling a hookup. I would tell someone I was dating but probably not until we had sex a couple times and it seemed like the relationship was progressing.
There are plenty of times to pump, excuse yourself to the restroom just before hopping in bed. During foreplay while you are blowing or rimming him. While you are massaging his back, reach down and give yourself a pump every now and then. While kissing passionately.

Ah, yes, distract him with the tongue. At least that still works.
