For guys who have sex with guys, do they notice the tubing or pump?

I would guess it may be more difficult to hide it from guys, since they have an "owner's manual." :)

If the guy fondles or sucks your balls, then he will feel that there is something unusual in there. If you don't want that to happen, you will have to keep his hands off your balls, and make sure his lips is around your cock rather than on your ballsack. But I don't want that limitation, so I let guys feel it, and if they ask, I tell them what it is. I haven't gotten any negative reactions.

I don't think guys are going to care as much, and if they DO care, its probably going to be more around fascination than anything else. I know *I* would be.

For me, I'm married and I can tell you my husband (bottom) is excited about the prospect of not having to worry if I'm hard anymore. He's especially excited around the 'once you're done you don't have to go soft unless you want to.' :D
