Hi I was implanted 3 years ago. Everything was going fine until all of a sudden I have to use my hand to cum during sex, not through intercourse alone. Anybody know anything about this?

I had the same issue, I had to deflate a little, but most times just finish by myself, now what I am going to say now is that since my titan has failed and it is just completely flaccid now I have had some of the most intense "nuts" just like it was many years ago, only problem I have to do it by hand. Can't wait for the revision.

No, I am saying my titan no longer works, the tubing failed and the fluid inside the titan is gone. Got to have a whole new unit installed.

I've had the problem for years before the implant. It started in my 50s after my heart attack. I've had some of it all of my life but it would go away for 20 years or so. I started injections and it became frequent. Same with my implant in October 2021. Once I finally got comfortable I love it but...I rarely come with my wife. I stopped watching porn, got a sex toy to retrain Mr Happy and it worked for two or three months recently. Then it came back. My t-levels are half of what it was (1200 now I'm at 510) because of my new urologist being overly cautious. Then sensations are great sometimes and other nights I can only come with the toy, either with my wife or by myself later. It bums this old man out because it's probably in my head and that's tough to change. However....I'm still able to fuck the beautiful woman I married 23 years ago. So I've begun to accept it and enjoy what I have and maybe it'll come back.

You'd think the eggheads would come up with a drug that induces that zone you get to and know you're going to come soon. That was the feeling all the way into my late 40s, it happens now but it's getting there that's tough for me during sex.

Tonight was a pleasant return to normal. I knew from the first touch that I was going to come easy tonight. That makes 14 out of last 17 get togethers. The only thing I’m doing different is applying 30mg of androgel 4 hours before Sex. It really felt great. I don’t even know if that’s possible? Might be a placebo effect lol.

I'm having anorgasmia also, but if you're having sex with a woman, and you put Androgel on your glans, won't that push her testosterone up well beyond spec?

The list of things that can delay ejaculation is long, and the things that can speed it is short. One thing I can say for certain Yohimbine helps tremendously. Without it I have a difficult and long time to cum. With Yohimbine I can cum around 7 minutes. I use Yohimbine hcl + Rauwolscine 3mg. Regular Yohimbe bark does not work. Recently I have low blood pressure so the increase in blood pressure and heart rate increase from Yohimbine is beneficial The only other side effect I get is chills

Androgel is not supposed to be used on your genitals at all from what I learned about it .. let us know if it really helps and I'll do some more research ..

Is anyone interested in re-visiting this topic? Since my implant 2 1/2 years ago my ability to orgasm during sex has diminished to nearly zero.

I have also read that Cabergoline taken orally can help

Any opinions on these three, or any other substances ?
