All of a sudden I couldn’t finish and my ex-wife was all about her not satisfying me anymore. It was crazy but I could go for an hour which made me feel like a stud. Once I stopped the medication orgasms were back. The med was lexapro I think.

TRT

I received my lab report for Testosterone and hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.

I inject .07 - 1.0 Testosterone Cyp 200mg/ml (first line on a on a 1 ml syringe). I don't take Arimidex.

My libido is high about once a week and my ability to orgasm easy on that day and difficult to impossible on other days. Based on my lab results am I taking too much or not enough?

Thanks

Testosterone - 485 >1000 ng/dl
Estradiol - 25.8 75 -100 pg/ml
PSA - 1.62 < 4
Free Testosterone - 3.2 > 4 pg/ml
DHEAS - 229 > 500 pg/dl
Thanks

I’m 77 yrs. old, been using trimix for about 1 1/2 yrs. It has and does wok pretty good but not completely satisfied with results, Haven’t had any prostate surgery yet but have experienced ED for the last 15 years but was always happy with erections using viagra or Cialis up to about 2 years ago. Age, depression, anxiety not sure what or maybe all contributed to the oral meds not working well any longer. Started on trimix near 2 years ago. Used only small doses, 6, 8, 10 units and it worked pretty good but always had erections lasting up to 2 1/2 hrs. Have worked up to 16, 17 units works well enough but not a consistent really good hard on . Has tendency to go down some and then hard on gets better. Wife can cum most of the time but sometimes not at all. Now I have come up with having a hard time cuming myself. Occasionally can cum during intercourse but usually have to bring myself to near orgasm and then put it back in my wife and cum that way. Getting frustrating. Hard on stays hard, off and on for about 2 1/2 hrs whether using 6 units or 17 units. Want to use more trimix but a bit anxious about priapism possibility. Can usually cum easier when using oral meds and wife jerking me off but have a much harder time cuming on trimix about 80% of the time. The difficulty cum started last January after recovering from a knee replacement and no sex for about 6 weeks due to knee Drs. orders and having a case of Covid during that time. Any connection ??? Who knows. At least I can screw and wife of near 57 years says she’s quite satisfied. Truly would like to get back to regular orgasms while screwing . Any suggestions??

my anorgasmia started after 10 or so injections when i first started trimix. i have found that nothing has helped and no doctor seems to take anything i say seriously. i have tried cabergoline as well as topical ointments I have also found here to no avail. for me 4-6 units works just fine but i also sometimes have 3 to 5 hour erections. they are without pain so i have never worried and when they do i take sudafed and they subside. just like you, my wife loves it immensely to have such great sex but she also is worried about the future. it has come to the point for me where my hand and arm cant move fast enough to get off and i have had to settle for no orgasm at all. i wish there was something i could do or suggest but i cant. i guess, just know you are not alone.

It was suggested to me by a male sexual health specialist to use a male masturbator device (Head Honcho was the recommended brand). I haven't yet had the opportunity to get one (see Amazon) and try it but it seems like a good suggestion. Apparently very gentle and stimulating and better than my hand. :)

How about using the masterbator before sex then when getting close to climaxing finish the task with your wife? Has anyone tried that?

I've had slowly increasing anorgasmia for some time. I invite others to join my "research group." See my post "Let's Do a Research Project," 3-20-21.

i have had anorgasmia now for over 2 years since starting trimix. the posts that i read where it isnt an issue anymore seems to be the guys with implants. IDK if that major difference is a hinderance or a help. i have tried almost everything. well, i have tried plenty of creams and ointments and cabergoline. the only thing i feel helps, and that is just a small amount, is the cabergoline. all it does for me is make me feel and think that an orgasm is possible but doesnt really get me there. i have to finish on my own with my hand and that is if i even get one. the only good thing is the wife gets so many. hell, even jacking it after we are done is getting harder as my hand and shoulder cant keep up most times. we have kind of made peace with it but it rears its head every now and then.

I kind of hate to go here and it's not an area I have great knowledge or experience with, but you may want to consider something in the butt plug category. And you don't need to get too carried away with it or get into the kink realm, unless that's you. Pressure there (anal) can give a strong boost to penile sensations, possibly sufficient to push you over the edge, while engaged in your normal sexual activities, PIV, oral, manual, etc. I'm not knowledgable enough on the topic to make specific recomendations. However there is definately a connection between the penile and anal nerves, even without a prostate. If you're getting frustrated with anorgasmia it may be worth consideration. I'll leave it to others if they have specific recomendations.

When I first read your post, I thought, "Butt plug for her, good idea; it does tighten her vagina, and, it makes a penis feel bigger for her." Then I realized that you're recommending a plug for the guy! OK, maybe two plugs will work twice as well! I'm going to try it! :D
