I’ve been in a similar bind, and what helped me most was comparing notes with guys who’d already walked the same road. Some folks even mentioned using calming aids to take the edge off stress before trying new ED treatments; I’ve seen gold delta 8 distillate mentioned in that sort of context, though I stuck with breathing exercises myself. The real game changer for me was steady routines and honest chats with my urologist.

oldbeek & Donaldmaid, I realize this thread is over a year old, but here goes anyway. I offer this with the caveat that, as with everything -- check with your Dr before doing anything to know what's best for you.

I continue to find that THC/CBD heightens libido, and magnifies sensitivity, which contributes to orgasm. I don’t know how much of the effect is THC or CBD, but the combo is very helpful. And it's effect is very predictable. Starts at about 20 minutes with 80% at about an hour. It lasts around 3-5 hours. Following the "start low, go slow" mantra, I started at 3 fluid ounces which is 6mg of both THC and CBD (25mg per can), but I was new at this. It felt like 2 or 3 alcohol shots, relaxing, and mainly increases libido. Below is a URL for the 25mg dose of the product I like. Be aware that the product is sold in other doses.

For a stronger libido & sensitivity boost I've used PT-141 many times. It's a SubQ injectable - you'll want to Google that if you don't know what that is. It is very low risk since it goes just under the skin. I take with low dose Ondansetron (Zofran) to avoid any nausea. Oddly, for me, it takes about 6-8 hours before it kicks in completely, but I feel the effect for 18+ hours. Most people say it takes a couple hours to have an effect.

When you use THC/CBD for this purpose, does this mean you are high or stoned during love making? Sorry if this is a dumb question but it goes back to my teenage days when I smoked pot.

gary0033, not a dumb question at all. I don't think most guys want to be 'out of it' during sex -- there's way too much to enjoy and remember :)
For me, the THC/CBD used as described above doesn't have any more effect than a couple drinks. Not a feeling of being stoned or out of it. If you're not using THC/CBD, the first thing to do is talk with your Dr and make sure there's nothing about your unique physiology and/or meds that would put you at risk. Second, be sure to follow the mantra "start low, and go slow". Don't take anyone's word for what would be right for you. Start with a minimal dose and increase very gradually. Best wishes.
