This is not exactly an on-topic reply. But I've done something similar. Men with spinal cord injuries that can't get an erection are frequently prescribed a device called the Ferticare to use vibration on their penis to induce ejaculation. These are $600 medical devices. I bought one to see if it would help with nerve regeneration (a different topic altogether), but I have tried to see if it helps with anorgasmia. It feels good - that little tingling sensation that indicates you might be on the path to cumming - but it doesn't really get me close. It's a bit discouraging that paraplegics can get off with this but my guy is too resistant.

But it does offer a little bit of sensation enhancement. It makes me think that your idea might perhaps maybe help just enough to push me/us over the edge if we are close.
