I guess I need to try it. I wonder if pure allow from my alo plant will work. I’ll try that too.

Re: Aloe Cadabra... OMG, it works !
Just when I thought I'd learned everything. I actually was thinking I could use something that nudges sensitivity a bit, to go along with the crazy combo of PT-141, PDE5s, herbs and whatever else I have in play already!
I'll try anything, but how on earth does anybody figure out the best flavor(s)? (Even it's a matter of personal taste!) And actually, I'm not sure any flavor even matters.

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

After trying it 3-4 times, I can't say whether it helps or hurts. It's certainly not a panacea for delayed ejaculation.
68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.

My take - entirely subjective - is that it is desensitizing. So I'm going to quit using it.

Women post menopausal need a hormone cream to toughen up vaginal tissue, since using aloe cadabra she hasn't needed to use it and she has increased orgasms from using it, I would suggest anyone dealing with that to use aloe cadabra, it's been a blessing in our love life.
I'm a c-4 quadriplegic incomplete as of 1/1/11. I'm 66 years old with ed for for 6 years, went to dr. Raphael Carrion at the VA and am waiting for an appointment to perform an implant with a titan. Titan implanted on 12/8/17, 22cm with 1.5 cm rtes.

Re: Aloe Cadabra... OMG, it works !
My wife and I have been experimenting with different lubricants to improve my anorgasmia. I don't get any help from Aloe Cadabra. And oddly enough, baby oil deadens my glans like the topical anesthetic we used to put on when we were teenagers, to slow premature ejaculation! Astroglide is better than Aloe Cadabra, and K-Y Liquid Classic, which has light viscosity, is the best I've found so far, but doesn't cure my problem; however, it seems that the less viscosity the better. Baby oil is low viscosity, but there's something else going on with it. It's plain mineral oil, but something in its chemistry must be numbing my glans' nerve endings. The warming lubes are merely interesting - not helping.
My wife reports that all of these work fine on her clit when she masturbates, including baby oil; she can't rank them like I do. I had been thinking that the glans' special nerve endings and clit's nerve endings were the same, but maybe not! I've asked urologists, GPs, and dermatologists about the innervation of the glans, but none had any information; not a hot subject in biology or medical school, apparently. If other FT guys ask about this, maybe we'll find a doc with a remedy one day.
Every lube seems to be branching out into sub-products lately, so maybe I'll find something that works. There's a "tingly" lube being advertised, which I'm going to try. If I find something worthwhile, I'll report here.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
Re: Aloe Cadabra... OMG, it works !
After struggling with anorgasmia for over 15 years following prostatectomy I decided to try Aloe Cadabra because of all the OMG posts. I use a vacuum device for daily therapy, and for twice-a-week intercourse. The best I could do before was about a 25% orgasm rate. With Aloe Cadabra I have had six orgasms in seven tries. OMG! I still use Astroglide for therapy and pumping, but put a small blob of Aloe Cadabra on my glans after snapping on the compression ring. Maybe it’s just in my mind, but I’ve tried a lot of other things over 15 years, and this is the best by far. (I also like that it looks like cum on my dick.)

Hope this stuff works to increase sensitivity for me. Two out of the last three times we had sex it took me forever to finish, in fact the wife gave out first and had to help me get off.

I also hope it works for you. Ever since trying trimix I’ve had a bad case of anorgasmia. I have tried the aloe cadabra and the adam & eve sensitizer. They did increase sensitivity but did nothing for me orgasm wise. I put it on all over the penis and it does feel great all over once the action starts but for me no help in orgasming any quicker. I’m praying for ya.
50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil

Thanks. It's frustrating to have to work so hard for something that used to be too easy.
I ordered the Aloe Cadabra, it was delivered this morning. May give it a try it later.
