As I posted on here before throughout the years, I’ve been suffering from DE/inhibited orgasm for years. Since the end of February, I’ve been able to finish either PIP or oral eight times on the last nine. The only thing I’m doing different is taking 3 mg of PT 141 the day I know I’m having sex and they RUGIET Troche one hour before. I get a huge lump erection from the PT 141 and only need to pump it up to about 80%. I stopped masturbating for the last two months and don’t masturbate anymore at all. I don’t know if it’s from the sensations are finally coming back after a year surgery or what but I am very cautiously optimistic and a happy old man today because I love getting a blow job. That was the biggest disappointment in my journey with he DE/inhibited orgasm

3mg is a pretty heavy dose. As you know, there is no approved dose for men, but the FDA approval for Vyleesi for premenopausal women is 1.75mg. That is what I typically see recommended for men to take off-label. Are you seeing much in the way of side effects at 3mg, e.g. priapism, nausea, etc.?
