Can regular use of Cialis lead to anorgasmia?

I've found that over the past couple of years, whilst taking Cialis (which seems to be the only med that works well), that I'm finding it harder to reach orgasm during intercourse. Could this be the case and if so, other than stopping Cialis, which I'm reluctant to, is there anything that can help with my anorgasmia?

I found that was happening to me also. I know it sound funny but try to relax and just let it happen, seems like the harder you work at it the longer it takes. I also found that my sensitivity had dropped a lot too. I've been using that SR-Cream that's mentioned in the Premature Ejaculation forum, and after 2 months I do believe it might actually be doing some good. It's expensive but I only use it in the morning and at night. My $.02, good luck!

I used Cialis once a week for about 3 years around age 70 when Viagra slowly became less effective. My glans had been slowly getting less sensitive, for years, while using Viagra, and the same slow drop-off continued on Cialis, but I don't think Cialis (or Viagra) had this effect - I think it was solely due to aging.
I've been searching high and low for an anorgasmia remedy, but haven't found anything that works for me yet. I'll post here if I find something. But bear in mind that all guys are different; something that fails for one guy might work for you. A few FT guys report success with various oral and topical substances in this topic "Anorgasmia."

As we age, the old point and shoot method of the big M and in intercourse with our wives does involve less erectile quality and glans sensitivity.
I have found that Male Multiple Orgasm work, which for me involves my nipples firing up my prostate, makes my glans as sensitive and responsive as it was in my younger days, maybe even more. Two good books to ingest on the subject are keepitupjohnson's book LOVE SATISFIES and INSTANT ORGASM by Ph Ds Vera and Steve Bodansky. Both are available on Amazon. Prostate orgasm and prostate rewiring have for me restored shaft and glans sensitivity to astounding very pleasurable levels. I can be sitting at my desk with my prostate sending pleasurable tingles into my shaft, my glans, and sometimes testicles, anus, and abdomen. What a great way to feel alive sexually as an older guy.
But to the original question, higher levels of cialis in my bloodstream does cause anorgasmia in intercourse. The recommendation to relax and enjoy the longer ride is a good one.
