Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation

This is making me crazy. I've settled on about 10 units Trimix to give me a rock hard stiffy that enables my girlfriend and I play for at least an hour to 90 minutes. I love having an erection that is reliable and that will stay hard for as long as she wants it. She loves it too.
Weekend experience:
- Saturday night: 10 units Trimix. Awesome boner, intense vigorous sex for about an hour. I could get close to orgasm but just couldn't get there. Took a few breaks here and here and was finally able to climax about 3 hours into our sex session.
- Sunday morning: Had sex without the Trimix. Erection only about 50% of what Trimix gives me, but I was able to climax within about 5 minutes easy (I wanted to cum quickly and not hold out).
So we can have sex without the Trimix, and I can cum quickly if I want, but it's not as satisfying for me given much lower erection quality.
Understandably she prefers the Trimix-powered dick.
Maybe I'll decrease my Trimix dose to 5 units. Probably won't have that rock hard boner, but hopefully won't have issue with climax.
Is this a common issue with Trimix? Trying to understand if it's mostly in my head.
I think part of it is due to the ache I get with Trimix.
Is delayed orgasm less likely with BiMix?
A rock hard boner is great, but not so much if it's so hard it gets desensitized, aches, and makes it so I cannot climax.

it is a common issue from what i have read on here. i had trouble coming prior to trimix on oral meds. im the same way. 5-8 units gives me 3-4 hours of use and if i am lucky i can orgasm once after hours of trying, and then only with my hand. i tried a lesser amount and was able to have sex but it was not as hard as i like on a full dose. it is frustrating but at least i please my wife beyond belief so that is my silver lining.

The ache you get is likely from the alprostadil (PGE1) component of the mix. Many guys get it initially, but it's not universal. With some it never resolves. With many, myself included, it goes away with continued use. I no longer experience the alprostadil ache.
The anorgasmia, I don't know. There can be many causes, age, nerve damage (various causes), the injection drugs, to name a few. It's also pretty common if you have too hard of an erection. Backing off on the injection dose is a good idea.
I also suffer from anorgasmia. I never was a minute man and most certainly never suffered from PE, add to that, age, nerve damage from RP surgery and my injection meds. Well, there you go. But any how, that's one of the main reasons I like to add novelty/sex shop cock rings to the mix. It allows me to use a little less injection meds to lessen any contribution they make to my anorgasmia. Consider giving that a try. Just don't go too tight with the rings or that will actually make things worse.
So be patient with the ache and give your dick time to get used to the drugs, it likely will. Try backing off on the dose so you aren't super hard, if you can. Try adding novelty/sex shop cock rings to the mix so you can use an even smaller dose.
I'm sorry I don't have a better more definitive answer.
Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I'll back off the Trimix dosage a bit to see how it goes.
Any opinions on if BiMix will help solve this problem? (e.g. Am I less likely to experience DE with BiMix?)

Yeah, I really don't know. Bi-mix contains only the two ingredients of tri-mix that may be more likely to cause scaring of fibrosis, so there's that. I personally have no experience with bi-mix so I would have no first hand knowledge to base an opinion on.

I'm back...
Got some BiMix from my urologist (30mg Papaverine / 4mg Phentolamine per mL).
He told me to start with 20 units. Note that 10 units Trimix is my maximum dosage which is pretty intense.
I was having trouble maintaining my erection through sex -- but I know I was distracted because I had a super stressful day at work and memories from the day kept playing in my head. She knew I was "in my head." Of course when I started losing my boner, I started worrrying and performance anxiety set in and I was screwed. Ugh.
She was cool with me getting some "help" with some Bimix -- I can make that happen in just a few minutes now.
Wow, I was pleased to find out that the BiMix gave me a solid erection and without any of the ache/pain that I've experienced with Trimix. Holy cats. Serious boner which felt nice and natural.
Unfortunately, I again experienced Delayed Ejaculation (DE) and could not reach climax no matter what we tried. It was frustrating for me. I got close a few times but no cigar.
The weird part -- the next morning I was feeling horny and had a (natural) boner which she jumped on. She rode me for a bit and I was super turned on. Then she flipped over to do doggy and I couldn't hold back very long and had an intense orgasm within a few minutes.
So WTF -- Delayed Ejaculation last night with Bimix, and then "normal" sex in the morning where I was super turned on and was able to cum within about 10 minutes.
I'm chalking it up to stress and performance anxiety last night but am curious about others who may be having similar experiences. While the urologist found a "minor" arterial flow issue (no venous leaks) in my doppler test, I'm thinking my issues are primarily psychogenic and I don't understand why I get nervous about sex with my hot girlfriend.

I loved BiMix. No PGE meant no ache and easier to cum. Try a lower dose?

I have the opposite problem. If left unchecked I cum in 1-2 minutes.
Before using Trimix, I used 100 mg Viagra, which sort of worked.
Three years ago I took Paroxetine (Paxil) for PE.
No matter what I did with Viagra or Paroxetine, my wife wanted more.
Either I had trouble getting it up or I would cum in 1-2 minutes.
Taking Trimix for six months has been a godsend.
I am hard from the start of foreplay to well past the sex act.
I think part of the issue is with Trimix, you don't have to work to have/maintain an erection.
Seems to me you are more in control of the sex and don't have to work around your erection.
I still ejaculate within a few minutes of starting PIV sex. When that happens I sort of try to hold it back.
Because after ejaculating, it's all about her.
When I first started using Trimix, my wife was upset because I came in 1-2 minutes and said I lost my sexual energy. Which I disagreed with.
I think for her it was a mindset that when the man (or any of her previous partners) came they were done with sex.
She's also a one-and-done type of gal.
When I cum (ejaculate) I actually feel more energized because I don't have to hold back.
When she then comes I sometimes/often feel I have another dry orgasm.

OK I'm starting to go bat-sh*t crazy now because I experienced yet another episode of delayed ejaculation with my super hot girlfriend.
Some updates:
- In case porn / masturbation is an issue; I've abstained from both for a week. I don't actually miss the porn; quitting that has been a non-issue
- I was super horny Saturday night and expected we would have our sexy time, but that didn't pan out as she wasn't feeling so great
- I masturbated to orgasm that night after she left my house as I really needed a release
- Woke up horny Sunday morning and masturbated to orgasm again, thinking our opportunity for sex this weekend had passed
She texted me late Sunday morning saying she wanted to get together and spend Sunday with me in my bedroom -- have a nice bath and some sexy time. I wasn't expecting that.
So naturally I started worrying about refractory periods, erections, ejaculation, etc.
Last weekend had poor erection performance due to stress and I didn't use any Trimix/Bimix (although we still had successful sex with ejaculation).
We took a bath together and I started feeling anxiety when we got naked together. I always do now because she's super hot and turns me on -- and my brain starts thinking "are you going to start something here you can't finish?"
After our relaxing bath, I went into the bathroom and injected 20 units Bimix -- which is the perfect amount for me for strong erection with no ache or pain. Bimix is way better for me than Trimix.
When I came out, she was dressed in sexy lingerie and heels (OMG) and I was super turned on. Developed a raging long-lasting erection.
Long story made short is we had hot passionate sex for almost 2 hours (with a few breaks here and there). She came at least twice -- but I could not reach orgasm!!
My previous (unwise) solo orgasm was around 8am, and this was around 5pm, so I expected my refractory period shouldn't get in the way of me reaching orgasm.
So now I am left thinking WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?!!!
Time to see a psychiatrist -- this has become really distressing for me. She says she is OK with it as I've explained it has nothing to do with her -- not like she's doing something wrong -- she does everything to turn me on and she knows she turns me on. I don't want her to think it's a lack of sexual attraction.
I can cum solo via masturbation without porn, just thinking about out sexual experiences, but lately I cannot cum with her.
Also I don't have an idiosyncratic way of masturbating - nor a "death grip."

Nothing.
I'm guessing you are not 18 with a 20-minute refractory period?
