Drugstores sell enormous doses, taking advantage of the common theory that more is more, but with melatonin, more is less. If you're taking 10mg, you need to go off cold turkey for a week to reset your receptors.
I completely agree with you based on my own experience. I’ve found that lower doses of melatonin, like 0.25mg to 0.5mg, work much better for sleep without causing dependency or receptor issues. Drugstores often sell 5mg or even 10mg, but higher doses tend to be counterproductive, making you feel groggy or disrupting natural sleep patterns. In my case, when I took higher doses, I eventually had to stop and reset my system to get any benefit again...
Additionally, I’ve found that Viagra (Sildenafil) has been incredibly helpful for improving intimacy and performance. It works wonders by enhancing blood flow, which leads to better and more consistent results. However, it’s important to stress that using only high-quality Viagra is crucial. Poor-quality medications can lead to unpredictable results, side effects, or even serious health risks. I’ve had personal experiences where inferior brands didn't work as expected and left me feeling disappointed. That’s why I always make sure to get my
Viagra from trusted pharmacies, ensuring I get the right dosage and purity. It makes a significant difference in both effectiveness and safety.
