This started with a bad prostatitis flare up. The main symptom is penis tip discomfort. This eventually resulted in reduced sensitivity and could not achieve orgasm via intercourse. I saw a specialist and he wants me try Sudafed an hour before. this is the same stuff that used for Priapism which is odd.

He said the the sudafed stimulates the same nerves that needed for ejaculation.

Holding you breath and straining slightly increases glans pressure.. Reducing your ici dose might help if you can maintain a good erection. Good luck

what strength Sudafed? I am desperate
