ejaculation success

Postby oldbeek » Sun Dec 08, 2024 9:20 pm

I posted here extensively. Anorgasmia is a bitch. My urologist said it is all in my head. I guess she was correct. I met a woman and fell in love with her. We are both over 83.She works extra hard to make me come. It may take 30 minutes to an hour but we get it done every time. I love this implanted dick and she does also.

So happy for you. I’m 80 and implanted for one year and two months. Still haven’t been able to orgasm in the vagina yet.

Love a success story!

I'm getting by at the moment, but when the anorgasmia hits I don't think any amount of "work" will get me there. The feeling just goes away.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

Before my implant was damaged in August during a botched UROFILL I finally came 12 out of 14 trysts with the wife. I stopped jerking off for a week or two and surprise lol. Anyway I’m waiting for a revision and hope I don’t have to wait another two years before I come during sex
Thanks

Happy for you!

What changed from 3 months ago when it was taking 30-60 minutes?

Besides becoming extremely comfortable with each other, we found a position that works well for total penetration and sensation. The X position with our bodies crossed. She on her back with one leg raised and me on my side.

I lost my Ejaculation capability in 2003 after 2 prostate surgeries ( not cancer).
I do get the great Orgasmic feelings of pumping and ejaculation; just no CUM.

Bill
73, ED 25+ yrs, 2 Prostate surgeries. can't ejaculate, but great Orgasms
Tried Viagra, TRIMIX, CaverJet Inj, then nothing worked. Contacted another Urologist, Dr Kansas, Austin TX. Implanted an AMS700LGX: 18cm x 12mm w/2cm rte, 3/26/24.
So far so good.

Are today's orgasmic feelings better or worse or just the same as what you recall pre-2003?
