Whatever you call it - Hard Flaccid, Prostatitis, Pelvic Pain, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction - it's all the same problem.

This condition is brutal for guys suffering from it. Most guys have been to multiple doctors, been told nothing is wrong, and are left to suffer in silence. This is a VERY treatable condition, but it requires a multi-modal approach. Physical Therapy, Stress reduction, body mechanics and awareness, medications, and life-style changes will all help. Rarely does just one of these treatments work on its own.
The official name for this is Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome. Most of the time, there is little or no pain so, the name does not help! But if you have any combination of these symptoms, or if you have a list of crazy symptoms that come and go, then you probably have it. An evaluation by a pelvic floor PT is needed.

Attached are a couple of information sheets.

Since most PT's are NOT trained in pelvic floor work, find a pelvic floor physical therapist near you: http://www.pelvicrehab.com

The BEST book is - "Pelvic Pain - the Ultimate Cock Block" https://www.amazon.com/Pelvic-Pain-Ulti ... 0998695726

Another good book to get is "A HEADACHE IN THE PELVIS" by David Wise and Rodney Anderson

There is hope. This is TOTALLY curable!

Extremely delighted to see a forum on this site dedicated to HF/CPPS. Over the moon.
31. Jelq-HF in 2017. Has continued to get worse. 5mg daily cialis, 10mg on demand. Considering other options.
