Stimulation to get an erection

Anyone else need stimulation in order to get an erection of stay hard? I wish I could get an erection from just arousal but I need caressing there or touching stroking. And many times when it stops I will lose erection. Anyone else in this boat?

Staying hard without stimulation is not the norm, and most need to be constantly stimulated to stay hard- thats why porn stars have 'fluffers'.

When you're young you can a bit more through arousal, but that tends to diminish as you get older.
39 m UK

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.
