Constantly clenching kegel during erection, is it really bad ?

Postby vincentmh » Thu Jul 18, 2024 12:23 pm

I'm 31 male and im experiencing erectile dysfunction last couple of years. So naturally i came accros kegels and pelvic floor theory during my research over last years.

but i realized something yesterday. i constantly squeeze my kegel during masturbation and i have always been like that since my teen age. Im so used to it that it is involontary. I think for the first time in my life i try masturbation without squeezing my kegel and omg.. its depressing, my glans goes 100% soft and i lose erection. Do I always clench during erection, been doing it for more than a decade i guess. I just can't keep an erection during masturbation without kegeling.

I also always have to push at the end of my pee to empty blader. I can go pee 2 times a night and i pee minimum 10-15 times a day. Also, some of my pee last not more than 5-10 seconds. Sometime even less. sometime i also have to push my pelvic muscle/do a kegel to start the peeing flow because it doesnt comes out automatically when i sit on the toilet. etc

P.s : But i have absolutely no pain in the pelvic floor region and no pain when orgasming, etc. Could all my problem be linked to my pelvic floor muscles (and maybe prostate), and therapy could solved it in part ? This would be to good to be true !!

Because all those years i never understood why i'm having these problems so young when i'm healthy, very little fat, no diabetes, no cholesterol, no hypertension, very high testosterone, all bloodwork are good, do cardio and musculation, don't smoke, little alcool, good veins accordinf to my doctor, take no medication at all, etc.

thanks !!
