Surgery for injury/damage?

For people that know their symptoms are a result of an injury or damage from sex or rough masturbation, is there any kind of surgical treatment that can be done to fix the damage/injury or alleviate symptoms? Is such a thing even possible?

I know implants are a thing, but that shouldn’t fix any painful spots or the constricting sensation that seems like it’s shrinking the penis, right? Is there any doctor that can help, ideally in the south Eastern US? Sometimes the veins on my shaft hurt during masturbation, surely that’s treatable… right?

Is medical science just not there yet and we’re all out of luck? Is that all there is, just “well, sucks to be you”?

Implant is the only solution to hard flaccid. My penile was 7” flaccid and 7.9” hard. Now I am 7.5” hard and 6.5” flaccid.

I’m in India and have a malleable implant. You may not lose size with an inflatable.

Also hard flaccid shrank my penile to 4 inches flaccid during the hard flaccid episodes.

So your penis shrunk several inches before when the hard flaccid episodes happened, and now it doesn’t try to shrink anymore? I worry if I get an implant my penis will still try to shrink and cause horrible pain

You can’t shrink anymore because you have metal rods in your penis.

When I mentioned this on the subreddit i was downvoted to hell and told Implants are a terrible idea for HF and in general.
It seems online there is a very negative impression of implants even quite a few here which has made things seem a bit hopeless.

In HF community (which I stay in touch with) implants are seen this way due to couple of reasons:
1) HF is a multi-faceted, poorly understood condition and some sufferes will bounce back to the sex game naturally, by involving medicine, exercises or just time. Implants are the last resort so of course they'll speak against them when there's still hope they might not need them in the end.
2) There's lots of myths or half truths about these implants and talking to many HF guys they don't really know what having an implant comes with (we're talking both advantages and disadvantages).

My advice is to just research and learn about implants and then I assure you you'll be in a way better place knowing there's no end to the sex game nowadays. There's a lot of new treatments on the way too, however I can see how some of us might get tired of looking forward to the NEXT BEST THING, when an actual BEST THING might be already on the market...Anyways, keep your head up. We'll make it through that and come out stronger, there's no other outcome.
