ive been diagnosed with narrowed arteries. namely my left cavernous artery is very wide.
i can get full erection without pills but the problem is im losing them fast. im also limitem to certain positions. If I were you I would be very careful mixing stiumlants with your dick. Sure it shrinks it via vasoconstriction and it feels awesome to cum on stimulants but it takes forever and beating my dick for long periods of time while on stimulants is what landed me in my current situation.

That said yes I think over time your arteries can narrow and be less expansive it is basically CVD.

Yep. Anything and I mean anything that narrows your arteries and makes blood and chlosterol harder to pass through will over time cause plaque buildup and less expansive arteries
