Just wanted to share this. I developed Peyronie’s disease after using Caverject—something I was never properly warned about. I was told that priapism meant an erection lasting 4 hours or more. Mine lasted around two hours on alprostadil and were painful, but I thought I was still in the “safe zone”—even thought it might be beneficial somehow. What a mistake.

Now my dick is shaped like a banana—and not in a good way.
