Prostaglandin-1 (PGE-1) is the technical name for this chemical. MUSE, EDEX, CaverJet and Misoprostal, Trimix Gel (a misnomer, since it really is almost 100% PGE-1), are all forms of synthetic PGE-1. If PGE-1 reaches the Corpus Cavernosum, either thru direct injection (TriMix, BiMix, Edex), or via absorption to the CC via the urethra, it will result in an erection for 90% of men.

The problem is the delivery. Trimix gel for example, actually works if you can manage to get it to stay in the urethra long enough to be absorbed.

I put a loose penis ring on the penile head and use a lubricated eyedropper inserted well past the head (2" or more) to inject a dissolved solution containing about 50-100mcg of PGE-1. Works every time. The ring must be tight enough to keep the solution in, but not so tight that the eyedropper can't pass thru easy. Takes about 10-15 minutes to take effect.

I have an implant and use the TriMix Gel.

I am on my third implant. I did "lose a little" something with each surgery. After my second revision, I had trouble with glans engorgement and difficulty reaching orgasm. I've had "cold glans" since my initial (botched) implant.

Dr P prescribed me the TriMix Gel. While it is expensive, I only use 20% or so of the syringe each time. While I still don't reach orgasm every time, I do most of the time and fairly often have the "Post RP Super Orgasm".

I usually "apply" this right after my shower, about 45 minutes or so before I expect to "play"!

You can get Misoprostal from an overseas pharmacy (India) or, get a script from your doc and buy it in the US. Might be tough getting a script for it, the drug is usually used to induce labor.

Dissolved solution. The stuff i get is powder mix with sterile water so is this what you mean dissolved seens it would go in easy as a liquid

Ah, but i am in Europe... we can't even get Trimix here, all you get is EDEX or Caverject (mono "mix")

50 to.100 mgc? I was told ti inject 30 units so how to convert this and no gel would make me think.the fluid would go in easy or am i missing something
