The difference between outsourced pharmacy and the local one is pretty much similar to the difference between a brand name and its clone.
You can buy an iPod from the Apple store - that will be expensive. Or you can buy an "iPodd" from some internet no-name business at the fraction of the cost of the original. Both will look and feel very similar. And even at glance the functionality will feel similar (until you start digging further). Both are manufactured in China... maybe even on the factories from the same neighborhood.
But honestly, can we say that iPod = iPodd?

The difference could be long term consequences. Like my uro told me a story that he had to do quite a few cases of the total penis reconstruction to the guys from the former Soviet Union area. There they were using internally approved injection for ED (I bet it is dirt cheap in comparison to the tri-mix ). It was helping for a while (the duck was quacking)... But over time the dick literally was becoming like a shell (the walking duck became a "rubber duck")... non-working and unresponsive to any kind of treatment including VED.
So the country's level of medicine does matter... if you plan to live more than a year or two.
Anyway it is a personal choice. I just wanted to deliver a message that so called "Canadian pharmacies" have absolutely no affiliation with Canada. They are not under Canadian regulation and they are not allowed to sell anything on the Canadian market.

If you are refering to me "If you work for one of those companies, you should disclose that to us" the answer is NO. I am working in the Aerospace industry for all my life, and my connection to medications is my ED (except 100mg daily Aspirin I was prescribed after a hearth atac back in 1995).
As danny1553 wrote, you don't really know where the drugs are manufactured, sometime is stated on the pack, sometime just the big company name (Pfitzer, etc')
Not just drugs manufacuring is outsourced, see tha US olimpic team uniforms are made in China.
