Safe to take Tadalafil 20mg every day ?

Just got Tadalafil prepscription for the first time yesterday*. Took one pill this morning and so far it seems to help...did a "pornhub test" and got full hard erection for first time in weeks.

Prepscription calls for taking one 20mg tablet every other day, but important sex potential event Friday night and wondering if I took one tomorrow as well as Friday what would be the risk ?

*Viagra 100mg is only ED drug I've tried before and while it worked great a year ago, now can only get semi hard wood with it.

Tadalafil stays in your system for about 36 hours so if you take it two days in a row, you may still have 6 or 7 mgs left over from the previous day. I have taken 20 mg several days in a row and never achieved anything more than a slight semi.

I don't know how you deal with this guys, but pills shouldn't be this expensive. This whole situation with prices on medicine has blown out of proportion. Saw this comparison chart with canadian prices. I'm not sure it's completely true. But even if it's close to it - that's ludicrous. So, you know, it's not that simple. Anything else - you don't think twice to pick a place to shop. But this is a whole another story. If the medicine you buy isn't proper - it's your health at stake. Finally tried this Canadian Pharmacy. So far so good. What stores do you prefer?

No, that's not how you do it and you should talk to your doctor (urologist) first.

Cialis 20 mg and all PDE-5 inhibitors should be taken as needed, 30 min. to 1 hour before sex - with the exception of Cialis daily, a new formulation of tadalafil.

Yes, these drugs are safe, excellent and very effective but there could be side effects (e.g. headaches, low blood pressure) and increasing the dosage doesn't necessarily mean more efficacy, especially if you're taking other pills that could interact with tadalafil. Again, consult your doctor and see what's best for you.

Follow doctors instructions. If he/she said every other day then that's what to do. My original Uro had me on daily Viagra but that's different.
