I'm a underwear junkie, tried them all. The most comfortable undies to date are ones that are convex shaped. So it's kind of like they have there own pouch that your junk is in. That way they are not stuck against your leg, etc.

Use the Sepratec briefs and they are very comfortable all day.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!

I also like DavidArchy but with the single pouch for all my junk. I dribble from rp so need to use a light pad. Have 12 pairs. dumped all my previous used underwear. RP and implant brings a new set of problems, like 5" flaccid.

After trying various underwear since my implant on 6/18/19, I finally found the ones I like best are the David Archy separate pouch. I actually never heard of these underwear until I saw a post on Franktalk. Thanks guys! I threw out all my white cotton briefs.

Is 5" flaccid a problem? (Mine is 3½" flaccid thanks to my implant, btw.) :)

I like Sheath brand boxer briefs with dual pouch. I’ve never tried the David Archy one (they are much less expensive than Sheath). TriMix guy here. Not implanted.
Just another option. I’ll give David Archy a try next time I need briefs.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Seperatec Everyday underwear for me. I wore David Archy for over a year and tried several others. Seperatec is my favorite now.

Just a lot of junk in your shorts, not to mention the new pump and valve also. I free ball mostly when I can.
