I followed his advice and I did normal life, I still had pains that were gradually receding over time. I did not care because I had very good erections, but After 1 year I begin to notice that I lose some strength.

Urologist: says that it is nothing, that all penises have veins and it is one more vein (but this vein I don´t have before) and swells a lot.

Do you take NSAID's or blood thinners? Do you pump? I developed a "cranky vein" after taking Aleve for week and then moderately pumping. I wrote it off to a "cranky vein" or stretched and inflamed nerve.
