To Get Cut or Not To Get Cut

Postby flyingduck2019 » Fri Nov 08, 2019 5:30 pm

This may not belong here, but here goes: I am a 73 year old male using tri-mix for ED. When my cock is soft it is barely 2 inches long and completely covered with foreskin. When I have an erection, 4.5 inches, the head is still covered but does not cause any issues. I am considering getting cut if only to make myself feel more "natural".

Would like to hear from you guys as to your experiences both pros and cons.
Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 :D :D :D Wife likes it too :D :D :D :D

I am a 66 year old male that is cut. I have been cut all of my life. My Dad was cut. I have two grown boys that are cut. If i had known back when my boys were born what I know now about being cut I would not have had them circumcised. As I have aged the sensitivity of my penis has gotten weaker and weaker. Simply by rubbing my clothing, bedding etc it takes a toll over a period of one life. I started taking care of the glans over a year ago by keeping the glans covered and it has slightly improved. I said that to say that the foreskin is there for an obvious reason. It is to keep the glans protected and keep your sensitivity in check. If the foreskin is not causing you any issues my recommendation is to leave it . Loss of sensitivity cannot be revearsed and to my knowledge there is nothing that can be done for that problem. I wish you the best of luck!

There are a tremendous number of nerve endings in the foreskin. Nerve endings that deliver pleasurable feelings. I wouldn’t want to remove ANYTHING that increases pleasurable feelings.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

It’s interesting you say you want to be cut to feel more “natural” when your uncut penis is what is natural and cutting it would be unnatural.

My dad was uncut and when I was born he argued with the doctor to keep me uncircumcised. He died when I was young and our family doctor kept after my mom to have me cut. She finally caved after I had started puberty and was masturbating. I can tell you I noticed a big difference in my sensitivity and enjoyment afterwards.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

The foreskin is a natural part of the penis, put there for a purpose. To try to immediately cut babies after they're born implies that God/nature made a mistake in putting a foreskin on a penis, one that we human must correct as soon as possible.

Persons in Europe, Canada, and Australia (etc.) do not understand many Americans' "foreskin phobia." As they will tell you, there are rare times when circumcision is a medical necessity, but those times are really rare. Like with any other organ, there are all sorts of suggestions to help with a concern (and just being present should not be a concern), so amputation should be the very last option, not the first one.

(If anyone wants to PM me, I can share my own penis experiences.)

Well, I didn't get a lot of responses, but it is apparent that getting cut is not suggested. After reading the inputs it is clear that getting cut at my age would most probably decrease my cock sensitivity which would lead to taking longer to climax, which is already an issue and i definately don't want that. So, I will just leave well enough alone. Thanks for all the inputs.

I started three things to stave off ED: penis pumping (for therapy, not for sex), foreskin restoration, and shaving my package. I rarely have to take even a pill or even use a cock & ball ring... at least for now.

As one who's been working on foreskin restoration on-and-off for the past decade,
and has started to regain some sensitivity "where it counts," I'd affirm your decision to stay natural... i.e., intact.

For more information, see www.restoringforeskin.org.

Josh, thanks for your response. I have made the decision to keep my natural foreskin intact. Although I feel I do have an excess of foreskin it does not interfere with intercourse. It does, at least to me, interfere with giving myself injections. My usual routine is to get a partial erection and pull the foreskin back so I can grab hold of my cock head and pull to left or right, depending on which side I am going to inject. This causes an abundance of foreskin behind the head and to the base. I would prefer to have the same thickness of foreskin behind the head as when the foreskin is hanging over the head. I think the only solution is to use 1/2 inch needles instead of the 5/16 inch so I can be sure the juice is deposited where it is supposed to go.

If anyone else has this issue I would like to hear how you solved it.
