My wife and I have a regular scheduled pajama party every Friday morning. I am now using 18 units of a Quad mix which gives me an adequate erection and I can maintain it using the Xialla cock ring. I have been using it since Oct 2019. The design prevents the ring around the base from riding up and the balls are pulled back out of the way. I have put a LOT of money in cock ring and the Xialla is the best design for my issues. Even tried the Giddy which I could not use.
