anybody here had a urethral stricture before?

Hey guys.

I had a penile fracture and two subsequent injuries to my penis in the past 6 years. I urinate okay, but I have difficulty in ejaculating. Not much comes out, like before, and sometimes I have the feeling of ''my scrotum getting full'' instead of semen coming out.

Anybody had a narrowing of the urethra before? What where your symptoms? How did it got over time?
