Can you please tell me more about your psychogenic ed?
Can you have sex?
Do you have a partner?
Do you have morning wood?

I suffered from psychogenic ED for many years and I barely had any sex in my 20s. My self-esteem was low and I didn't even know this was a medical condition.

When I turned 30, I started doing some research on the subject of ED and my sex life improved dramatically.

Now I know that I suffered from sexual performance anxiety (coital anxiety), which is extremely common among young men.

I also took finasteride for hair loss, which may have worsened my ED.

I consulted a urologist and started taking Cialis. I added oral phentolamine to my regimen and a couple of natural supplements (Seredyn for anxiety and PRELOX). Today I'm 43 y.o. and enjoy a great sex life.

That’s really nice
Do you have morning wood and random erections?
How long have you been taking ED meds?

Yes, I'm 43 y.o. but I still have morning erections every day and I can easily attain an erection, even without manual stimulation.

I believe dtwarren1942 was absolutely right here:

It is important to regularly pump blood into your penis, this will keep tissues healthy and may also heal any lesions and correct Peyronie's Disease. Many urologists prescribe daily Cialis and not just before sex.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
