I see you found a source for Trimix Gel. Suggest you read my paragraph quoted below carefully before proceeding.

Using Misoprostal, which comes in 200 mcg pills, I have found that 25-50mcg will produce a usable erection. Higher doses do not make the erection any better, it just lasts longer, often a couple hours. For me, much over 100 mcg causes some pain. So, this is where the critical item with the gel comes in. IF -- you were to inject a gel with a high concentration of PGE-1 (like their gel) deep enough into the uretha to reach the CC, using an eyedropper or some other means, it would likely cause priapism. This may require a trip to the ER and a needle aspiration of the penis. BigEyes

Catch 22. If you follow their method it dont work if you find a way to get.it in deeper.it works too well? So if you injected 20 units of PGE 1. which is diluted 10 to 1 that is ok but if you put the same 20 units of diluted PGE 1 into your urethra instead that could cause harm? That part is confusing seem same amount different methods of application. As to the pills yes easy to get here so if tou try 25mcg of solid pill mix with sterial water apply tat way works for you?

The trimix gel comes in potent sizes up to a couple thousand mcg. So, if you stick a blob of that deep into your urethra, you will likely encounter serous problems.

20 mcg of PGE-1 via injection directly into the CC is typical with Trimix or Bimix prescription. The same 20 mcg going into the urethra must be absorbed into the CC thru the urethra. The efficiency is not the same. Injection is direct. Urethra is indirect.

When I used Trimix with 20 mcg of PGE-1 injected I would get an ache. But inserting PGE-1 into the urethra I use 25 to 50 mcg. Ache comes if I put in around 100 mcg of PGE-1.

Based on my reaction in my body, injecting PGE-1 is about 5x more efficient then depending on it to get absorbed in the urethra.

One last question them pills cost.about 5 dollars each here for 200 mcg. So tou split the pill into say 4 then crush up to 50 mcg add sterial water put into ureatha and in 10 min you could be ready ?

Ok so looking on amazon for a reference dropper, any suggestions wirh a link on one that might work/be small enough?

Seems plastic way to go, but most are graduated before 2 in., but may not be searching correctly either.

One thing to note, where this kind of pippete plastic welds are can be pretty sharp relative to your tender parts, so I crafted on this welds with very sharp pocket knive to make a smooth uniform part on the ~1.5-2” tip part that goes in. The end tips are also not uniform so watch those and sand/adjust to smooth. Recommend lube, and patience on the use as other post mentions.

Curious if anyone has other style they like?
