Loss of ejaculation

Postby Unclebob81 » Thu Aug 13, 2020 8:46 am

When you have a radical prostatectomy of course you can’t ejaculate anymore. Enjoy the lack of cleanup but how have you dealt with the mental part of not being able to ejaculate?
Born in 1953. Robotic prostectomy in 2013.PSA 0 Began Trimix 3 years after surgery. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Yep...its not the same satisfaction. However my GF performs extended foreplay as a trade off with slow oral, gentle massage, and hand held vibrator as a way to overcome the different feel of ejaculation. Somehow this helps to overcome the mental thing with her providing a natural boner ... which disappears when she quits. What's gone is gone. Certainly many other things to say good bye to before long. Such is life.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!
