Ejaculate urine?

Postby Red Nighthawk » Sun Nov 08, 2009 7:56 pm

I had daVinci on September 15th. So far things are excellent for PSA and continence. I'm .04 after a four week PSA check, and I am now pad free, so what could I have to complain about? How about ejaculation of urine, like a squirt gun! Anyone have this situation and have grown out of it? I hope this is not the way it will be forever because I don't think my lovely wife will be too thrilled getting peed upon. This has really put the brakes on any lovemaking so far in the recovery process. Anyone out there have anything to say on this subject? Thanks,

Red: I am told that the urine problem will go away with a bit of time....Others have mentioned that you should uninate before and try to empty bladder before sex....

You just having surgery in OCT and already hard enough for SEX... You are the man....One lucky cat... I am 1 year ahead of you and willie still will not cooperate...

Best of luck...

Jeff, thanks for the reply. Believe me, I'm not 'the man', by a long shot. I really can't get it hard enough for sex with my wife. I havn't even tried because of the urine situation. On perhaps a related note, my surgeon did not recommend any kind of viagra therapy post surgery, so I am on my own out here, and the results are pretty limp, if you get my drift. Are you on any kind of viagra therapy Jeff? Thanks again for the reply.

Hi Red: I think the squirting will get better over time it's like when we laugh too hard or when we just don't bend over quite right and we get that few little drops.
Since your surgery was in October your a newbee. Give yourself some time to heal, things get a lot better over time.
It's been four years since my surgery and I remember being real carefull If I had to bend over to pick something up, had to make sure I sat down and got up just right, etc.
My wife told me it's like when a women has a baby it takes a while for things to get back to normal. Keep in mind things do get better!!
Dealing with pee problems in the beginning, worring about the next PSA test, trying to get the erections back to even close to what they once were, it's too much for mere mortals like us to deal with. I think even Superman would have a problem dealing with all this.

I can't believe your doctor didn't write you a script for Viagra or one of the other drugs that might help with the ED problem.
Everybody like us always gets the Ed drugs to help get the blood flowing back again. You should call your doc and let him know that you need to try Viagra or one of the other pills.
Even if they don't work the first couple of times keep trying, it's important never to give up. Try new ways to have sex, what works for one may not work for another but don't ever give up.

Red: Are you using a VED. (Pump). As others have said..Most of us have been on Pills as soon as the Cath was removed. If you wish shoot me an e-mail and I can be a bit more sepcific.

No pills, no pumps, no shots, no hard on!

I'm waiting for my surgeon's advice which won't be until March. Until then I am relying on Mother Nature to take her course.

What can I say? My surgeon is not a fan of these things, but let's face it, it's not his limp dick! I'll wait until March. No panic from this guy until one year from surgery, which will be next September.

My doctor had me start the meds the day before the surgery, and I started getting med induced erections about six weeks after surgary. They continued to get harder and stay longer each and every month there after. Still not doing so good with natural...yet! Challenge your doctor on this and understand why he believes in waiting a year. You need to keep blood flowing to keep everything healthy.

Thomas, what med do you take, how much, and how often?

Thanks for the information.

I spoke to my Dr about this and he was not surprised. I am 7 months out and still have the problem. I informed him that it seemed less if I orgasm while standing and he came up with some excuse about organ weight being beneficial upon standing, but I realy don't think he knows anything about it. I think we need to concentrate on that sphinter valve to control this condition, but not sure how to do this and the hundred other things we have to do during intercourse...

Red, The answer to you question is...I take one of the 3 pills daily. V, L, C. I also use the VED every morning. (for therapy) Things are getting a bit better but not OK yet. Jan planning to start injections. Hope this will start the engine if you know what I mean.
