cialis

Postby Gingertom3 » Wed Oct 27, 2010 4:47 am

Has anyone here heard of daily cialis as opposed to 36-hour cialis? I just read on www.cialis.com that there are two versions. The daily one is a max. dose of 5 mg. The 36-hour cialis is a mx. dose of 20mg.
I've been trying the 20 mg dose. Theoretically it can work in just over 1/2 hour. but in my case it can take up to more than 12 hours. (Today i'm going to take one at noon with a view to a shared shower and love-making tomorrow afternoon.)
But according to this other website the daily dose (once only every 24 hours) is supposed to be effective for e.d., whether it is mild, moderate, or severe.
So before i ask my doctor about it, can you tell me if you've heard of it or tried it? And if so, what results did you get?
Thanks.

If your ED is not severe, the daily dose is great. What happens is that since it is so slow to leave the system, the 5mg every day, builds up eventually to about 8- 10mg in the body over a week's time. For many men, that is enough to have erections. For many guys, however, the daily dose is just not enough to do the job - they need the more aggressive 20mg.
But if you are performing best 24 hours after taking the pill, sounds like you could be a good candidate.

Do you drink a lot of citrus? grapefruit juice? These slow down the liver function that breaks down the Cialis so that it lasts even longer. But yeah, ask your doctor about it. I know lots of guys who love the daily dose. For many men, insurance will not pay for it so it is out of the question. If you can get it, give it a try and give us a report!

Jim

At calis.com there should be a coupon for a free months supply of 5mg daily dose (with pescription). Ask your doctor for a prescription he could also have the coupon in his office.

For free worth the try. :D

Thanks for your comments. I did start with a 10mg dose, but that wasn't enough. So I went onto the 20mg dose, which at first didn't achieve much. But after 3 months of using the pump and Muse i asked my doc for a trial of the cialis again. So far it has worked fairly well, though not sufficient for a really good erection. I wanted to try the daily dose to see if it would be any better than the occasional 20mg tablet.
If it's only going to build up in my system to the equivalent of 8-10mg, it might not be good enough. But I'm still going to ask my doc about it.
As for the free coupon, it doesn't apply in the UK. But that's alright. I can still get a prescription, provided they have daily dose cialis here.

Have you tried Viagra and Levitra? Everyone is different and reactions to these drugs vary a lot, so one of those drugs may be more effective in your case. It may be a good idea to try all three PDE-5 inhibitors and see which one works best.

In my case, Cialis 20 mg is by far the best solution. I love that drug :D I take it two hours before sex, in combination with Vigamed (oral phentolamine). Both drugs work sinergistically.

I never tried the daily version of Cialis but I've heard great things about it.

Flavio, thanks for those ideas. As you say, the effects of cialis, viagra, levitra, etc. can be different for all of us.
The 20 mg of cialis that I took the other day lasted for nearly 48 hours! I managed two sessions with my wife - one day without an orgasm and the other - a day later- with an orgasm. So that can't be bad.
I think viagra and levitra don't stay in the system that long. So I'll stick with cialis for now. But I will discuss this with my doctor and find out more about that and the daily dose.

I'm sure now that cialis is the right thing for me. Even without it in my system this morning I was able to get aroused and to make love to my wife. The thing about ed is that you may be able to get some kind of erection, but it isn't the size you want and you can't sustain it. But even some hardness can be strengthened and sustained with the use of a good cock ring.
And that's how I did it. Look Ma - no additives! But with the help of a 20mg dose of cialis or some daily cialis it will be even better.
Of course this is all possible because of daily use of a pump for exercise ( about 10 minutes or so) plus gentle masturbation each and every time I go to the loo.
