Whats up Yall. Long time lingerer. My run of pill success has worn thin. Really struggling emotionally lately like you wouldn't believe.

Im young, in shape, supportive spouse. ED of unknown cause for as long as I can remember. As I live in this pit of hell, endlessly searching for options, this site saves me.

Now, the thought of injections is daunting. Maybe at 44, not 34. I've come around to the implant idea, but was hoping to delay as long as I f-ing can.

Read some threads on PT 141. Stomach shot dont bother me as much as the thought of pumping a needle in my non-aroused acorn.

Does anyone have any recent experience, success? It seems affordable. I get the side effects. Ill take some nausea/headache over the despair I have been waking up with lately. Also, anyone try this Nu Image website with the tadafil and pt141 combo in pill form?

I’ve heard bad things about the nu image pill. Not anything horrible but just that it doesn’t do anything different than normal cialis. The only real way for pt 141 is the injection. I’m exploring it as well. Best of luck.

I too was put off whith the idea of needle in the dick-- but, it doesn't hurt like you would think, AND great 2-4hr erections!!!

Injections been around for years and risks are well know---PT, not a safe IMHO

I used pt141 regularly for several years in combination with generic sildenafil.
It does work very well producing very hard erections and a very good tan. Possibly too good in the winter months.
My experience was that the effect peaked after 24 to 36 hours lasted about 8 hours and was followed by a day of profound depression.
The idea that it could be administered an hour prior to need does not accord with my experience.
It would wake me up in the middle of the night with a real diamond cutter that I had no use for.
I stopped using it because of supply difficulties, unpredictable results and low mood.
By the way if frozen in aqueous solution it is destroyed totally. Expensive mistake.

Thanks for the input! Wondering if the sildenafil was necessary? Does the 141 just enhance it? Scary to think an inection would still need a PDE5 to make it work. Do you attribute the depression to a dopamine plunge?

I wonder if there are any studies done on oral PT-141. This was mentioned by Stew52 on another thread, there's at least one online pharmacy that sells it.

The only other dosage form I have heard of is the nasal spray. It all points to there being no legitimate oral route.
Best I can describe it it makes your waterworks kind of itchy and the erection you get feels like the morning wood when you need a pee.
I got painfully hard stiffies in the night usually together with a full bladder.
I think if it was really any good it would have taken the world by storm like viagra but it hasn’t.
The sales pitch is not really that it gets you hard but that it increases desire I guess it does that.
Not sure about the mood thing, but it took me a while to realize the connection, I think it might be something to do with melatonin.

If you are young in shape and your ED has been evaluated by a specialist as being idopathic, that is from unknown cause, have you looked into pelvic floor issues?

Look at the video with an open mind. Take note that pelvic pain is not always present with these problems. This is worth investigating.

I don't like the look of the NU Image Medical website and their info is not clear. Are these Mt Everest pills sublingual tablets?

I'm guessing that oral PT-141 is ineffective because it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier but maybe a sublingual tablet could do the trick? I'm just speculating, I've never read any studies on this.
