My question is for boys with venous outflow.
Please answer me, because I'm already crazy ...
I will try to describe everything very easily and briefly:
I do not take oral medications (viagra, cialis, etc.)
I get an erection, sometimes 80%, sometimes almost 95%
When masturbating, the erection is weaker, with a partner - stronger.
From 10 attempts, with a partner 7 times my erection decreases with penetration almost immediately. After cessation of penetration it can return again. 3 times out of these 10 I managed to keep my erection stable after penetrating ejaculation, but I feel premature ejaculation. These 3 times I changed 2 positions and the erection lasted, but the act was not more than 5 minutes.Besides, I've always had a strong ejaculation, at the moment it just leaks and I don't feel the contractions so much.
Is this possible with a venous outflow?
Please , please , please , answer me .....

Venous leak is almost certainly not the cause.
First thought - get testosterone checked. Also, anxiety sounds high. Are you in good general health?
It sounds like an arousal issue - can be caused by medical and mental issues. Have you sought medical help?
Only a million more questions to help direct you, but take a breath...you probably don't have a venous leak

You need to see a urologist and have them do a penile doppler. He/she will be able to determine the health of your penis including if there's any venous leak...

Can you explain more why you say that? In my opinion, it sounds exactly like VL
OP, have you had a doppler ultrasound?
Arterial Insufficiency = hard to get an erection
Venous Leak = hard to keep it

Thanks for the reply !
My testosterone is between 190 and 250. I know this is extremely low, but unfortunately I have no idea what it was like before and whether it was not with the same values. He may have been tall, but he may have been the same. I definitely don't think about sex and I have no interest, unlike a year ago. My perception of sex has changed so much that at the moment I feel uncomfortable thinking that a woman can make oral love to me. Compared to before - a year ago, just seeing beautiful female lips and thinking only that. I don't know if this is caused by my erectile dysfunction and not the other way around. My health is satisfactory, I am very slightly overweight. 180 cm - 94 kg. I was on a Doppler test where I couldn't get a full erection, but Doc said there was no leakage. He told me that I did not get a full erection because he used only 2.5 micrograms of Alprostadil.
ViaSwiss - Isn't venous leakage a consequence of something and not a first cause? As far as I know there are many options to get a venous outflow, which is a normal function when you are not aroused, when there is not enough smooth muscle relaxation, etc. As far as I know, the venous outflow itself is caused by a problem with the veins, which is very easy to recognize. Any other venous outflow should be a consequence of something and not a cause.
