My question is for boys with venous outflow.

I get an erection, sometimes 80%, sometimes almost 95%
When masturbating, the erection is weaker, with a partner - stronger.
From 10 attempts, with a partner 7 times my erection decreases with penetration almost immediately. After cessation of penetration it can return again. 3 times out of these 10 I managed to keep my erection stable after penetrating ejaculation, but I feel premature ejaculation. Venous leak is almost certainly not the cause.
First thought - get testosterone checked. Also, anxiety sounds high. Are you in good general health?
It sounds like an arousal issue - can be caused by medical and mental issues. Have you sought medical help?

You need to see a urologist and have them do a penile doppler. He/she will be able to determine the health of your penis including if there's any venous leak...

OP, have you had a doppler ultrasound?

Arterial Insufficiency = hard to get an erection
Venous Leak = hard to keep it

My testosterone is between 190 and 250. I know this is extremely low, but unfortunately I have no idea what it was like before and whether it was not with the same values.
