According to the following link, trazadone, unlike other antidepressant drugs which inhabit sexual function, actually fosters erectile function. Apparently, one of the ingredients blocks adrenaline to smooth muscle in the penis which allows the smooth muscle to relax and causes blood engorgement in the penile chambers, ie, an erection:
