daily low-dose sildenafil?

I know that usually, only tadalafil of the PDE5i is indicated for daily use (2-5-5mg/day). However, I have noted that several users on here use e.g. 20mg sildenafil daily, rather than daily tadalafil. For me, sildenafil seems more effective than tadalafil low-dose daily, which doesn't do much. What are the results from using low-dose daily sildenafil? Is this just to encourage nocturnal erections? The half life of sildenafil is still around 4 hours, so with 5 half lives = 20 hours, it seems daily dosing can be done. Thoughts? The idea is then to bump it up to 100mg before sex.

It's not an approved treatment and it doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

I tried daily tadalafil with no results. Only the max dose (200 mg) taken as needed was effective in my case.

Udenafil may be a good option for daily use because of its long duration but as far as I know, it's not approved either.

I assume that is an error, max dose of 20mg? or do you mean salvage dose of 200mg sildenafil?
