35 Year Old Guy. ED is killing my confidence

This happened 3 years ago when I tried jelq technique for the fun of it. Should have never done it.
Can't maintain hard erection ever since. Tried pills but I don't think they work. Trimix works but it hurts way too bad.
I went to urologist for Doppler. One guy said VL and another guy said no VL. I don't know who is right.

I am thinking of getting an implant because I feel like life is too short to just get held back by this.

Is Dr. Eid the way to go? Should I talk to him and get proper doppler to make sure what my problem is? Once I find my problem, will implant give me the same length and girth as I had before? And how are the pleasures of ejaculating pre/post surgery?

Hi sir, sorry to hear about your situation! Please get another proper Doppler test, DRE done by urologist, and full blood/hormone test to have an exact determination of what can be done next.

If you're asking about a good sexual medicine doctor You should post what geographic area you're in so hopefully someone with knowledge of the area can suggest one. For implant info try posting your query in the "Implants" sub-forum for more responses. Doctor Eid seems to be extremely well thought of if that works for you.

I'm only familiar with psychogenic ED, I'm afraid I won't be able to help you much.

2 questions:

a) I never tried jelqing, what did you do exactly and how do you know it was the cause of this problem?

b) Have you seen a doctor (urologist) about this and what did he tell you?

I use 100mg sildenafil (generic Viagra) with 40% of the Trimix I would otherwise need, and get excellent results. This minimizes Trimix pain.
