What does "Frank" in FrankTalk mean?
Does it mean we're all speaking frankly about erectile problems? Or was some dude named Frank? Just curious.

pretty sure the former in this case lol..
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

It's an allusion (actually a synonym) to wiener which is fairly commonly used as a reference or allusion to the male sexual appendage, the topic of the forum.

And most frankfurters are skinny wobbly things insufficient for penetration so all the more fitting!
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

I always believed it meant open and honest discussion about ED, it's repercussions and treatments. "Let's have a frank conversation"
Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.
