Creams that stimulate sensitivity?

There are a few creams out there that boost sensitivity (allegedly). I'm guessing they alone don't do much for ED but I'm wondering if anybody has experience using them in conjunction with the other things they are doing such as PDE5s or direct injections?
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

I've liked Sensuva's ON Sex Drive (for Him) but my girlfriend isn't a fan of the scent it puts off. So I've been putting some on and letting it absorb and then showering it off before meeting her in bed. I'm also looking into other options. Lucky Bloke offers an assortment of trial packs of different types and I'm considering ordering an arginine cream from Amazon as well.
48 years old, ED since teens, 25-50mg of Sildenafil worked for 20 years but now require 100-200mg of Sildenafil - sometimes split into 25-50mg every 4 hours - + daily Tadalafil at 5-20mg. Have had P Shot, Gainswave, TRT, and now on to Trimix injections.
