Hi guys! When I struggled with ED, I read all the posts in this forum + in all the other ED forums that were around. I absorbed everything as I was desperate for a solution. I imagine some of you guys have done the same thing as well.
I have found a solution to my ED, I will get to that in a little..
But I first wanted to say, I am shocked now (after understanding more about ED) about the advice that many people give in these forums, as well as in FB groups.
I have read crazy threads about herbal remedies, exotic foods, penis exercises, etc. And I just hope not everyone is as crazy as I was, because I followed every single advice I could find. I tried everything.
And unfortunately, most of the advice was dead ends.
I was 26 when I first started struggling with ED, and after this I spent several years trying, experimenting, failing and trying again - to find a way to overcome my ED.
Had I only known what I know now, I think I could have fixed my ED in a matter of days, or perhaps a few weeks.
So guys, I am not going to make this post excessively long, but I want to help those of you who struggle with ED and who are serious and keen to find a permanent and natural solution.
I solved my ED by changing my lifestyle. That’s it.
And I am fairly certain that more than 95% of you guys that struggle with ED, have this problem as a result of your unhealthy lifestyle.
Today we have diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, overweight, depression, cancers, erectile dysfunction and many other diseases - that are ALL predominantly lifestyle diseases. Meaning they happen because of a poor lifestyle.
So what is the solution?
Get your body (and mind) back in balance.
It’s that easy.
And if you only want one tip that can make the biggest impact:
If I were you, I would stop all masturbation, porn and sexual activity for 30 days. Chances are your sexual functions come back to life.
There are also several ‘nofap’ forums you can read if you want to learn more about this.
But what lifestyle changes did I make?
Here is what I have done and what I still do:
* Stopped all masturbation and porn
* Made my diet super healthy
* Exercise for 2 hours a day
* Stress down completely (even quit my job)
* Try my best to sleep at least 7 hours a day
* Get sunshine almost every day (moved to a sunnier place)
* Try to keep a mental balance
* Do kegel exercises
Guys - it works. You don’t need a secret pill or a penis massage. You probably just need to get back to basics.
It has worked for me, and it has also worked for lots of other men out there.
It’s the only way to naturally and permanently overcome ED. And it has no side-effect. None.
And not only are you likely to improve your sexual abilities, you will also most likely be healthier, and happier.
Cheers and hope I have inspired some of you guys

Re: I cured my ED naturally and permanently
Very interesting post. You said you were 26 when your ED started, curious how old your are now? Do you think your ED was psychological or performance anxiety?
I believe mine is all performance anxiety. So that is why I am here looking for answers. I've concluded that I don't have true ED, I am able to get erections on my own.
I was 16 the first time I attempted to have sex with my high school girlfriend. I do not have very specific memories of it but I do remember having a hard time getting an erection because I was nervous. I'm not sure how long it took me to get comfortable, it could have been a few more attempts or a few weeks. Once I was comfortable with her sex was never a problem. Getting an erection was not a problem..
Fast forward about 5 years and I was single. About 21 years old. I decided to take a vacation with some high school friends and go to Ocean City maryland. I met a girl and we wanted to have sex. Again I couldn't get an erection, I was nervous.
Not long after this encounter I met a woman in a bar, 36 years old, who would become my future wife. The first time we tried to have sex I could not get an erection. I was intimidated because she was much older than me and nervous like always. But we continue to see each other and after a few weeks we were able to have sex. After this it was never a problem. Truthfully, I probably had some of the best sex of my life with this woman over the next 5 years.
Fast forward and I'm about 26. Marriage isn't working out and I'm now single. I start seeing a woman at work, very beautiful, very nice body, and like my previous partner about 15 years older than me. The first time we go to have sex I can't get an erection. Same old story, same old song and dance. Once I got comfortable with her sex was not a problem. Like usual, it took me about a week or two to finally get an erection once I was able to relax around her.
We have a period where we were split up and I was seeing other girls. During this period i had two more partners that I didn't even technically have sex with because I couldn't get an erection. I was very frustrated. I ended up getting back together with my cougar girlfriend which lasted another 4 years or so. We split up in 2020 and I've been single since.
This is where it gets interesting. A girl I work directly with, she is what I would describe as one of the guys. She's attractive and easy to talk to. You don't have to watch your mouth around her. She's fun, she likes to talk about sex and all the other stuff guys like to talk about. We share a lot of personal stuff with each other. It was obvious there was an attraction between us. One day she comes over to my house after work, I agreed to help her with school work and exchange for a blowjob. She knew I had a hard time getting an arrest in the halftime because I shared this with her. But after a half hour of crying I was able to get an erection and orgasm with her. I'm 34 years old now and this was the first time I was able to get an erection and come the first time with a girl.
However I recently had another failure. I've been dating another girl and she finally came over to my house and when it came to the bedroom I was not able to get it up.
That was my sex life in a nutshell. The last 20 years. I clearly struggle with performance anxiety. In my mind I'm always thinking, will she think I'm too small, will I be able to satisfy her, how do I stack up against the other men she has had, will I be able to get an erection? These are just some of the things that go through my mind as I go to engage a woman with sex.
I'm not sure why I struggle so much with these questions. I know I'm not small, I know I can satisfy a woman, I don't know how I stack up against their previous relationships but that shouldn't matter. I know I don't have erectile dysfunction in a physical sense.
I am here trying to work on myself and make myself the best version of me that I can. I do believe porn plays a role in my problem. Like most Young men, when you discover porn you kind of get carried away with it which I did over the last 20 years. I love sex, I love to watch it and I love to take part in it. But I do believe that porn sets unrealistic expectations in our minds and has a detrimental effect on our own performance if we hold ourselves to a pornstar status.
I'm going to take some of your advice. I'm going to do my best not to watch porn. I'm going to try not to masturbate. I recently downloaded a guided imagery MP3 for men with performance anxiety. I'm going to listen to this every night for 30 to 60 days like they recommend. I've read guided imagery has roughly 70% success rate. I've been working out. I'm not the type to get depressed but I do feel like lately I have been. I'm not sure why, I just graduated with my bachelor's degree. I got a really big promotion and I'm making over six figures. I'm a decent looking successful man. I think most men would love to have what I have. But I don't know why I feel like it's not enough for me. I'm looking into meditation and other methods to relieve my stress and anxiety. I also want to see a sex therapist to see if there's any help they can offer. And I also want to add kegel exercises into my routine. Let me know if you have a good workout plan.
I try not to let this condition bring me down. I look at it as a challenge. I will overcome it and not give up. It just brings me comfort to come here and express myself to people who are going through the same thing has me.
