Endovascular embolization

Has anyone here thought about or gone through with an endovascular embolization of the penile veins?

Embolization seems less invasive and potentially longer lasting than ligation, which is why it seems promising.

I began to look into it because I recently went to an Interventional Radiologist and they brought it up as an option.
