Hi, Im new and I did 8 shockwave therapy with Urogold 100, same machine that Irwin Goldstein uses. It it said that it repairs tissue and vascular issues, but I don't feel that much of improvements. Is there anyone else that has done these regenerative treatments. I had the idea about penile implants, but it seems that the satisfaction rate drops over time due to complications of the device and infections. I also changes my mind about inflatable implants when I read about Potency Flow from Implantica and another device made out of Nitinol that is a heat-activated implant.
My issue is fibrosis in the corpora cavernosa ( mild) that causes me to lose my erections from taking finasteride for hair loss.
Any ideas of doing more and more shockwaves. I ws thinking that 8 is not enough or should I just quit spending money in theses treatments?
Shockwave therapy
Re: Shockwave therapy
Have you seen a GOOD urologist knowledgeable in men's sexual issues? Or has it just been the clinic selling you the shockwave treatments?

A good Urologist specialized in sexual medicine, that knows Irwin Goldstein, Mohit Khera etc.
The machine he used was used in clinicl trails MTS Urogold 100, focused and unfocused shockwave. It is not radial wave like the fake gains one. My question is if there is more men here that has done shockwave with any real shockwave machine like:
Urogold 100
Piezowave 2
Medispec ED 1000
Duolith SD1
Renova Direx
Has anyone done a doppler after shockwave therapy to compare it to the previous doppler and see if the numbers of systolic/ diastolic change?
I seen so many research that shockwave may break down fibrotic tissue and restore function. Im acually behind a cure or recovery a very high % of erectile function.

I had shockwave treatment for ED right after it was available. I had 6 sessions. After a couple of session I felt that something is happening and was waiting for a miracle. Unfortunately all I did get from the treatment was that after it I could have sex without injection once. After that I had to use injection+pill combo as before the treatment. Doppler was not used before or after the treatment.
Even my experience was not very good I still believe in this treatment. The way how the machines are used has improved and the number of shocks is now higher than it used to be. Shocks per session and during the whole treatment. I might try it again. There is a lot of documentation available where the patients have got good results.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.
