I don't have great success with pills. And I can't address the bags under your eyes. I also have had some very unpleasant experiences with heartburn and stomach distress with the pills. However, I've found I can take Viagra with little ill effect if I
1) take it on an empty stomach and don't eat anything immediately after taking it
2) and most importantly I do eat something about 1/2 hour after taking it, I guess about the time it begins to start kicking in.
Have you tried injections? They work well for me with little to no discomfort. But there can be a learning curve.
