Ok, was very interested in your post and ordered myself some of the devices. Have not tried them yet! Also read a lot about the concerns (too tight, leaving on too long, etc.), but they all seem workable. They arrived yesterday and I'm looking forward to trying this week with the wife.

Question, from your experience, does it enhance, dampen, or have no affect on the orgasm? Bringing myself to orgasm during IC is a challenge for me. I'm hoping the prolonged erection will help. Wondering about the feel of the orgasm.

I think any new sensation will help with orgasm. Concentrate on what you're feeling and it should help. Also, the stimulation of testicles will enhance everything.
Are you taking time off - a day or two - between jacking off and sex? I assume you've thought of that, but just checking.

1- clarifiction on applying hard cock ring - have to make sure it is big enough to go around base of balls as well not just the cock - put if over cock and then pull one ball at a time through the ring and then pull balls up and ring fits at base of balls to hold the blood in the cock - once you have done the dirty deed - the cock starts to become flaccid ( unless you are supplementing it with meds) and then you do a reverse - one ball and then the next and then pull off the cock - gay guys have been using these things for years !!

The one I use is the super stretch kind (as recommended in this thread), and I have no issues taking it off when I'm done. In addition, I don't think I have any desire to try the medal kind. With the RP cutting out some of my sex components, I really don't want to chance damaging the others . I am thinking about trying the kind that snap on though.

Regarding having your partner put them on/off, don't know if I trust my wife with putting on the super stretch kind; one slip and that will hurt

LOL - no, nothing you said was inappropriate. This is Frank talk, after all, and I firmly believe men in our culture need a lot of frankness and openness about the whole topic of sex in general.

For many guys who get a partial erection, any cock ring will help get to to a usable firmness. For most PCa guys starting out, the adjustable cock rings are less intimidating. But you're right, lots of guys use the hard rings for fun and the extra firmness.
