I had an implant 2 years ago.I am single. Since then I don't get turned on very much with masturbation. Early on I had two orgasms, but they took hours. One was after a urologist suggested decreasing from max inflation. But I have not succeeded in having another orgasm and lost interest in trying. Has anyone had this problem and how did they deal with it? I am seeing a sex therapist but I am concerned if it is going to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get your testosterone checked.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
