Has anyone experienced some odd feelings in pelvic and pelvic floor area while having a VL? I guess I have it but it's not totally approved since I haven't visited my urologist after all tests yet. Btw Doppler showed a VL signs - 8 cm/s outflow but it was in the state of not-full rigidity and the spasm of the arteries was present as well so I think psychogenic factor during the test was there.
Anyway, I felt some random pains in my groin, scrotum, pelvis and thighs all the way since the beginning. But recently I started to have a strange feeling in my pelvic floor (as I think). It's like an irritation or burning and also I have a feeling like my blood is leaking out of my penis but idk is it possible to feel it physically or is it just my mind. This feeling is like impulses of some sort of tickling irritating to my glans or something like that and it feels like just for a moment but all these feelings are annoying for me and I afraid that pain won't go or will get worse.
Btw, general question: how many of you guys with VL experienced pain? Or was there no pain symptoms at all? Is it possible for me to have a CPPS as I don't have bladder issues or hard flaccid? Sorry for messed language

Strange feelings / Pain in pelvic floor
22 y.o. Chronic pelvic pain i guess and VL after COVID. May-Thurner syndrome? Venous insufficiency? idk...
Re: Strange feelings / Pain in pelvic floor
You should look into CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) and the related Hard Flaccid Syndrome.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
Re: Strange feelings / Pain in pelvic floor
I have also had similar sensations in my pelvis for several years, a feeling of impulses in my penis
I haven't been diagnosed but I'm betting I have a venous leak somewhere in the area under my scrotum in the corpus spongiosum because when I squeeze my penis lightly it feels like there's an open valve there and nothing is holding the blood in
I have such a thing that the penis jumps in rhythm with the pulse, that is, blood flows in but is not stopped
I haven't had a normal erection in 7 years
