So I had a private appointment with a Uro about 5 months ago and considering a second opinion.
I was told by them that you don't need night and morning erections for a healthy penis but all research suggests otherwise.
Am I wrong to be questioning him?

Re: Questioning Urologist
In my opinion, yes. If the penis isn't stretched out via erections regularly length will be lost. In the 2 years I waited to get implanted after injections stopped working, I think my loss was about an inch. Rarely had a nocturnal erection in those two years.

Re: Questioning Urologist
Take it from me, no erections can result in a great deal of size loss over time. IMHO most urologists will agree about the need for boners.

You can always try pulse pumping which, to some extent, simulates the process your dick goes through at night during REM sleep.

This is why I'm so confused a urologist would say I don't need morning or night erections.

If I were you, I would seek out another Uro and get a second opinion.
