Nocturnal Sensations with Implant

The past two mornings I've woken up feeling like a nocturnal erection was happening. It's really strange to feel a sensation like that when you're implanted. This morning it was a fairly strong sensation. I don't believe it is due to lack of sex as it was just a few days ago.
Now I do have to admit taking a drug. They are called Love Drops. They have THC and CBD plus some other herbal ingredients in them. They do spark up my libido, but I took that the day we had sex 4 or 5 days ago.
But today was one of those mornings when it would just feel right to grab my penis and stroke it to orgasm.

Just wondering if any other guys have experienced these kinds of sensations after being implanted?

This is a really good report. Mind if I ask where were you at in terms of function on the date of your surgery?

I am 10 days in post op and I have developed a certain optimism of late that I might experience the same degree of "blood rush" that you report. I took to heart what the surgeon said about "ED and not the implant causes size loss" and chose to have my implant in the waning days of trimix effectiveness. I was still having (rushed) sex up to that point, and would have nocturnal woodies from time to time. So i am thinking i just may have chosen my implant in the "sweet spot" of timing. The doctor said i still had good tissue in my penis at the time of surgery.

This "blood rush" is that erotic tingle one gets when aroused. I figure that this is a bonus. Though i will be pumping, having that feeling is priceless. Do you experience that during the arousal stages?

My doctor prescribed 20mg of Sildenafil daily to help with my glans engorgement, which was an issue for me prior to implant. I have to say it really does make a difference not just when I'm aroused but I wake up very often with a chubby which I thoroughly enjoy. Reminds me of the good old days.

Now when I'm getting aroused there is a "tingle" in my penis, it can be stronger depending on the action. It makes me feel like blood has begun filling my shaft on the way to an erection. My penis stays slightly engorged after sex.

Thanks amigo. This is very promising and suspect i might be the same. 10 days post op now. Time will tell, but i'm pretty sure i'm feeling the tingle already when entertaining arousing thoughts or viewing things i wouldn't want known in my search history.
